    1.10.2 Forge Crashing Java at reloading texture manager

    I have been working on playing pixelmon for the last 4 days and have been installing different windows such as 10 and 7 and then now I got minecraft to work but now in 1.10.2 the game crashes on the same screen every time. I will run minecraft forge 1.10.2 without mods and still the same results, please help.
