its laggy af i cant even walk

its works fine but i want to use forge for optfine 5zig better sprint

i put it on minimum still my fps is 25

When i use minecraft with forge i be so laggy and my fps drops but without forge i dont lag and my fps wont drop i wish you help me because forge is really good with for mods
