I need a manager pack?

What do I do

I have installed minecraft forge. For the clay soldiers mod all you have to do is make a new folder, name it mods and drag the clay soldiers mod file in there.

Hello I'm a new person that just joined minecraft forge and I was always getting a black screen. I tried to install this mod called Clay Soldiers mod with Minecraft Forge But it didn't work.
