    Forge and Mods not loading after Launcher update

    piklpoop posted a topic in Support & Bug Reports
    So my son updated Minecraft a little bit back with the new launcher. After doing so, his mods no longer showed up when playing 1.7.10. I tried a forge reinstall, but it gives the error "must run 1.7.10 manually". I've done that several times, no change. I've changed the version in the launcher settings, no change. The mods are still in mods folder. Please advise, and thank you
