    With forge it's gets to like 11 fps without forge it never goes below 100... I'm not sure what to do

    So without using forge i get a good clean steady 250 fps. But when using forge i'm getting 25 - 30 fps constantly. I remember i had forge awhile back and i didn't lag at all. I thought it was a mod i had making the fps drops happened so i moved all the mods out and i'm still having terrible fps drops. My minecraft has 4 gbs allocated i have a amd r9 280x 8 gbs ram with i3 6100. Any recommendations? ?
