Is there something like net.minecraft.item.itemshield File witch i can extend?

Hi I want to try to make shield in my mod, but unfortunetaly I'm new to modding. I would be very grateful if someone could send link to some tutorial (I can't find anything) or tell me how to make it.

Hi i tried to make a 1.10.2 minecraft mod. As I'm new to the mod making i was basing on this vid - I had done everything right but the game crashed. This is the Crash log. If someone could help me I would be very grateful.

Ok i had java 8_66 and 8_111 at the same time now i upgraded to 8_121 and deleted all old versions and it worked. Thanks for help.

Hi I tried to install 1.10.2 forge (recommended) but loading bar stops at com.typesafe.akka:akka-actor_2.11:2.3.3. installer.log
