  1. I FIGURED IT OUT So after those screenshots I realized that The directory had a different user so I changed it and now it works!
  2. We have tried that but the .minecraft folder does not appear
  3. So I want to play on my friends custom modpack, it works he runs a server on it and people can join. But when he was guiding me through the instructions we came across a problem. The problem was that when I tried to install the forge client 1.7.10 Installer win, It says "There is no Minecraft directory setup. Either choose an alternative or run the minecraft launcher to create one." We have ran his launcher on 1.7.10 and 1.11.2 But the problem seems to be its not picking up the .minecraft folder in Roaming, even though it is there. Does anyone know how to fix this thank you for reading. btw using forge 1558.
