Should I still have a log even though the game does not crush?

Even after reinstalling the game, and installing a fresh new forge, and creating a new world, the problem still exists...

My mods file is completely empty, I'll try to reinstall the game and see if that works

What do you mean by not reproducible? I am using 1.10.2 and not 1.11.2 since I many mods I like are not updated with 1.11.2

Hello, I've installed forge 1.10.2 with no mods. After creating a brand new world, and placing a command block in it, whenever I open a command block, all I see is this: http://imgur.com/a/GrJHD (Notice the color of the buttons, which are unpressable) After exiting the command block, all mobs freeze for like 10 seconds, and then return to normal. Pressing Esc and clicking the 'Open to Lan' option with allowing cheats fixes that for a duration of about 10 minutes, but I would like a permanent solution. Please Help! Thanks!
