    Fatally missing blocks and items

    Hi, my friend has a hamachi server which we have modded with about 20 mods. i have tried re-installing minecraft and all the mods, but nothing has worked. When i try join his server it states "logging in" then acts like it's going to connect then doesn't and just says "Fatally missing blocks and items." If anyone knows how to fix this please help me.
