    dependencies for minecraft forge 1.4.5

    I'm trying to install forge for minecraft 1.4.5 on a school computer and it only boots vanilla. I got forge correctly installed but there is no popup window at the mojang splash to download the files required for it to work. I'm using 1.4.5 because I like that version and i have a mod set for it and i don't have write access to c:/Program Files because of minecraftedu installing it there. Is it possable to create a zip file to download for "Offline" installs? If someone can yay if not, less yay.
