I am trying to make 2 advanced crafting recipes: One involves using a item with durability, and I want to simply damage the item once, and not consume it. The second one involves replacing a sea lantern with a prismarine crystal after crafting, much like when crafting cake, the milk is replaced with buckets. Plz teach me!

I am trying to make an item. And when the item is right clicked, it would make the time 1000 (Sunrise). It would also use 1 durability. I am a beginner so I don't know how to change the time. Can someone help me?
