Minecraft sudden perfomance loss and crashes when loading the game

Good afternoon, my minecraft were used to run at stable 60 fps with mods, but now i can't even play the game properly withou incredibly high lag spikes with no mods installed. As for the mod installation itself, i tried to download pixelmon but my minecraft crashes at the loading model manager stage, (3/5) (even though i  was used to play the same mod with no problems) and this only happens when i'm playing with optifine, and when i don't, my game takes 40 minutes to load the texture mipmap and upload. I've tried donwloading another modpack and the results were the same. 

i already tried:

Allocating more ram into the launcher

Allocating more virtual memory(i set it up to 9gb since i have 6gb of ram)

Downloading another java version

Downloading optifine from the original website

Downloading another forge version

Updating the gpu drivers(unsuccefully)

Resetting the pc

Watching mutiple videos of how to reduce ram usage

Reinstalling Windows.

My pc is making alot of noises to run the game (which usually never happens) and my usage of ram is higher than the normal with no apps running, i've searched everywhere but i can't find any explanation for this.

I'm using Tlauncher.

My pc specs:

Intel HD Graphics Family 4400

Intel i5 4210U 1.70GHz

6 gb ram

464 gb hdd drive.
