Crash on ver 36.1.4 and 36.1.13 - java.lang.RuntimeException: ...

I've started to get crashes today, the reason why is  unknown to me. At first I thought it was a mod with libraries I had loaded in, which was Botania, but that wasn't the case, after I removed it. The game runs fine as of MC version 1.16.5, without any mods enabled, and the texture packs I have enabled haven't given me any problems. The basic error code I get when I launch from the default Mojang Minecraft Launcher is this.

The game crashed whilst initializing game

Error: java.lang.RuntimeException:

java.util.concurrent.CompletionException:

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -2130654563

And it exited with an error code of -1.

I tried looking into what the error code was, but I couldn't gleam any information regarding my circumstances.

Here is the latest crash log, https://pastebin.com/1jAbTEmX.
