Hello Forge developers and support members,

For the last week I have been searching the web for a solution to a build problem seemingly everyone seems to have.

I have seen a thread be abruptly ignored after giving an outdated version

We only need a jar file or jcenter/maven/gradle repository to pull from.

Please, there are many developers out there with a heart for 1.8.9 that would love to continue development, myself included.
It would be such a waste to more or less throw away years of hard work because of a file transfer and now-broken dependency link
