How to clean up on server leave?

I started off trying to make an IPlayerTracker, that cleans up for my mod onPlayerLogout, but if you do it that way, all players on a server "clean up", when any player leaves, which would be an issue. I can't find any other way to do this though. Any ideas? Thanks.
