I get every time this error "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: cpw/mods/gross/Java9ClassLoaderUtil"

I can not find the error source maybe one of you can help me.

I loaded the importet data from my old server and overwritten them to the new one (if you think its important to you: Java:8, forge: 1.16.5-36.1.6 modpack: "Selfcreated" but its the newest version from "all the mods 6" )

What do you need exactly?

I installed Forge on the server deleted it and seted a the new version of forge runned it started it that the new files generats and put the mods in. that all what i have done

on the web site was a function install forge 1.16.5... and then i installed on my pc the newest and i replaced them. it have work but we must change the server host for the reason we couldnt get more ram
