strange error on a custom modpack

I have been using 100% of my brain power to try to get this darned server to run. I am running forge version 1.16.5 v36.1.0 with a modpack that I have made tweaks to and added mods to called Better Minecraft. I am running linux mint cinnamon on an older computer I had lying around. It's fairly decent and not too outdated. It's a gaming pc so i have no doubts that the hardware is my limiting factor.

I've tried googling specific strings from my crash logs to no avail and I desperately am calling for help. I usually figure out my error without having to make a forum post but this one is just too difficult to unravel for me.

here is the gist of my debug.log: https://gist.github.com/Phsiic/34cc7a7cb67139b14f5dce8c9a843f1f

this exact issue happens when i try to run the server using command "java -jar forge.jar", even when using argument "--safeMode"

I have not installed any datapacks, only mods and I don't know why it prompts me to fix or revert to vanilla in regards to datapacks.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks - phsiic

From what I can tell this is an issue wtih MekanismMatter.

That's what I was fearing :(
I'll try to remove it and hopefully the world is still playable without the mod and doesn't leave any missing blocks and whatnot
