I am working on a cosmetics mod, and I have it downloading a resource pack and putting it in the resourcepacks folder, and I want it to automatically enable the resource pack, but how do I do that?

Having the mod download it's resource pack is the only way I have found to make it so people don't have to re-download the mod every time that a new cosmetic is released. Besides, it only re-downloads it if it doesn't have the latest version.
