while i can join the server using both the localip and the external ip my friends cant join the server 
it gives them this error

im pretty sure i did everything correctly and i went over it 3 times so if anyone can help me....
also its a modded server with 40 modes if it changes anything 

im pretty sure that the debug.log is this

but when i try to post it here it gives me error code -200

 

and im hosting the server on my computer

i mad a port forwarding rules in my router and that was the first thing i looked at when my friends couldn't join the server and from all the guides i saw im about 90% sure its not that
