So I have been trying to make a modpack for me and my friends and I have gotten problems and solved them. But I have no clue why modded items show up as coming from Minecraft. 

To try and fix this I tried installing "Mod name tool tip" mod from Curseforge but it didn't "fix" it only made it so I have 2 texts instead.

    I found the problem.

    It was because of the Mod "Jade" that replaces HWYLA.
