Do nada não consigo mais abrir o instalador do forge já desinstalei o java e baixei denovo já baixei o javafix já desativei firewall mas nada funcionou clico clico mas não abre

My forge installer wasnt working, and i tried to fix it using the video you sent here but in the final step it says "Erro: enable to access jar file forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1614-1.7.10-installer" when i click enter
