My Forge Server Won't Start

I wanted to play on my Forge Server with some friends but after I used the installer and got everything setup the forge.jar(That's what I have the .jar named NOT the vanilla .jar) It wouldn't start I've tryed restarting my computer, un-installing and re-installing Java, the jarfix, and lastly downgrading the server and nothing is working! Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Ahh so thats why it won't start? That's the 1 thing I didn't try! Well anyways thanks!!
