A command that can be used in a forge server cannot be used in my mohist, cauldron, or kcaldron server. Anyone can help?

I have been trying to do a command from a mod called legends. However in a turn of events I cant seem to use the commands on a mohist, cauldron or kcaldron server. I can use them while opped. I tried luckperms, however I do not know the permission node for the /tokens commands or the /bp commands. Can anyone help? P.S I am able to do the command deopped in a forge server
