The game crashed whilst exception in server tick loop Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Exception in server tick loop

Hi guys. I wanted to launch a 1.12.2 world with several mods and when it was created the game crashes and goes into the background without crashing. When I close the game through the task manager, the client displays the error displayed in the title. Here's a Google Drive link showing the latest.log so you can see a bit of what's going on. I tried Pastebin but it doesn't work because the file is almost 1MB.

EDIT: When I try to create a new world but without CubicChunk (which allows to build at an infinite depth and height and at the same time changes the generation of the Minecraft world), the game remains frozen on the "Building Terrain" screen.
