Can't open the Forge Installer and install

Everytime I click on the Forge Installer this document appears with the following:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError

Anyone knows what it can be? Before I had the ''you need to download java runtime environment 1.6.0'' even though I had the latest Java SE 16, but after downloading Java 8 Version 291 (everytime I would click ok for the message to disappear it would redirect to the donwload page of Java) I started to have this problem :(
