I am trying to play 1.16.5 modpacks (Enigmatica 6) and this keeps happening. Please help.

Preparing to launch minecraft client for forge-36.1.31

Couldn't fetch SHA1 checksum for https://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.Download/versions/1.16.5/1.16.5.jar

17:12:27.398

Have local file C:\Users\Christopher\Twitch\Minecraft\Install\versions\1.16.5\1.16.5.jar but don't know what size or hash it should be. Have to assume it's good.

Checking installations.

Oh, something else to note, whenever I launch MC I have to close the MC Launcher in task manager otherwise the game won't fully load. May be relevant to this issue, I don't know.
