Fix mod update checker

I have many, many mods that need update, and only a few are checked for mod update. For example, the Create mod had an update, but when i start forge, it didn't mark Create with that emerald icon (mod needs update). Literally from almost 230 mods only 10 say they need update.

Well what means many of the mods i have are supremely basic.

Also, some of that mods say they need update, but are already updated.

i am downloading mods from Forge. I am using TLauncher bc i'm broke af.
