Exit Code 255 Minecraft Forge 16.5

I keep getting an error every single time I try to play the newest version of Forge. I downloaded it correctly and everything. It's the exit code 255.

That's the first section of the error. I'm not very computer savvy so I'm not really sure what any of it means. Help would be appreciated. Thanks!
