Trouble with running Forge Server

So I've been trying to run a forge Minecraft server for me and my friends but whenever I click the run.bat thingy it says this (see pastebin link). I've done this before and haven't ran into this problem with my old PC, and this PC's better and newer, if needed, I'll give a list of my mods but this report is short so I'm guessing it's not about it.

  Then the level.dat is broken Create a new world with the same settings Then copy the level.dat, level.dat_old and session.lock from the new world to the broken one Delete the new world and test the broken one - if this is working, upload this world to the server
