My mods won't show up

Hi! I've had this problem since I installed Forge a few days ago. I install an up to date mod from Curseforge and I put it in my mods folder, but when I open up Forge, it doesn't show at all. It doesn't come up with an error code either. The first image is my mods folder, the second is the mods tab in Minecraft, and the third is what happens when I open the mods folder from Minecraft.
