Failure message: Missing License Information in file mod file

Hello everyone,

I was making a modpack today and when I finally launched it I got greeted by a message that went like this, "Missing License Information in file mod file."

I do not know what this means but I have seen others posts about stuff like this and some of the solutions people come up with is to remove said mod however it says "Instances" for me and I don't have any mod with the name Instances can anyone help?

I don't know how to insert any images or anything into this so I will just say what the message said in full.

"Missing License Information in file Mod File: C:\Users\****\Downloads\Mods for MC\Instances\Modded"

org.spongepowered.asm.mixin errors when trying to runClient in test enviroment

I'm trying to add dependencies to a mod I'm working on, and when I tried to run a client to test it I got the following error log: https://pastebin.com/qHBU3Sfe (the specific error messages begin with "Caused by"; I can't copy+paste them in here or the forums will accuse me of being a bot and not let me post this)

I've added dependencies and repositories to the build.gradle file (https://pastebin.com/TVJiU3uQ) and dependencies to the mods.toml file (https://pastebin.com/K5CgfTRR).
I didn't get these errors the first time I tried this, only after I used Rollback on GitHub after encountering a different error.

CuriosAPI Version Mismatch Error with Dedicated Server

Trying to start a dedicated modded server with some friends through DatHost but every time we attempt to join the server it gives us the same screen that we're missing Curios API. I have tried digging through conflicting mods, uninstalling and redownloading the mod, downgrading the versions, and nothing seems to work with the same error popping up, cant figure out how to attach an image so here's the discord screenshot instead. Please let me know if I need to give any more info and how
