no clouds in a created dimension

I have created a dimension (in MCreator but I can still use java) and now I want that there are no more clouds in this dimension.

I thought about doing it with a resource packet, which is activated when you get into dimension and in which the clouds texture is replaced by a 0 alpha texture, but I don't know the forge code very well.

So is there a way to deactivate clouds in a certain dimension?
