I know some old installer currently do not work, but all the minecraft comunity uses this exact version for modding purposes.
All mod packs and server extensions requiere this forge version, this is a version that most of the comunity uses for different porpuses.
 Even sponge powered,

All "stable versions" of mods , or addons use this version.
So should hurt a lot.
You guys should priorize this specific version.
