new server connection issues

getting the error "failed to synchronize registry data from server, closing connection". I'm hosting a valhelsia 3 server and the debut confirmed the mods are the same, what else can I check?

trying 3.4.3 and 3.4.2 with both giving same error. windows 10 on java 8

sorry, i have the logs but i dont see a debug in the logs. there seems to be a lot of warnings though

This is why I am confused. There are copy and pasted, they should be the exact same files

encase i messed up, i deleted all other logs and have ran both correct versions and can see many mods are missing. here are the links to the debug and the client logs;
