Posted October 10, 20214 yr I want to elaborate it's forge on every version of minecraft. I cannot open any .jar files of any kind. I have them set to open with java.exe. I have the most recent version of java. When following solutions from other threads I noticed when I put in "java -version" into a cmd I don't get an error of any kind, but it also doesn't tell what version I'm using. Schrodinger's java. I have the file in my computer and it can find java but then refuses to do anything with it.
