1.16.5 Worldgeneration getting stuck

I created a modpack with my friend, but everytime we try to generate a world the loading gets stuck at some point. We tried adding more ram, but the result is still the same.

 

here is the modlist (The checked mods are the mods we are using rigth now)

and here is the latest.log file

 

We tried removing some mods, but we don't got any idea which mods cause the freeze.

Is any way we can gather information about the freeze.

However that should not make the world generation get stuck. How long have you let it sit?

For more then 10 minutes.

But without "Better Animals Plus", it's loading properly.
