When i open a forge download, my computer says "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher". Does anyone have a way to fix this?

My computer specs:

AMD Athlon Silver 3050U with Radeon Graphics 2.30 GHz

8.00 GB ram (5.92 usable)

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I use Windows 10

    Chrome (Android)
