Schematic saving the wrong WE selection

Hi,

so i have a build and i need to export it to paste it on a server, since the build i a bit massive i'd like to export it with several schematics, i already did it with a previous build without any problems, but this time schematic is acting weirdly.

I made a .schem for the 1st part, this part works fine, but when i create a new selection with WE, and then do the /schem save [name] and i try to paste it somewhere, all those new parts are the same as the first .schem i've made instead, even with the new selection i've made.

I also have a problem where the /replace 0 [block] do not replace any air blocks for no reason.

Anyone got an idea to fix that or had the same bug ?
