Forge Server 1.12.2 (forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2855) crashes when attempting to start.

Hey y'all!

     Sorry for the obnoxious question here but, I have a custom forge server that keeps crashing whenever I'm attempting to start it up. I've gone through one mod at a time and can't seem to find exactly which one it is that's causing the crashes. I'm launching my server through a .bat with cmd [java -Xmx4048M -Xms1048M -jar forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2855.jar -o true nogui]. I've attempted to unload all mods that show within the CrashLog to see if any effect takes place, sadly it still either crash or stop the server and leave the cmd window open until I close it. All mods are up to date as we speak and none are within alpha nor beta stages. I've attempted to find forums online but cannot find any whatso ever  

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am just stumped on what todo next. I have included links to the most recent CrashLog and log down below.
