Forge not seeing some of the mods

Forge is not seeing my mods in the folder. When i had my minecraft open on forge 1.16.5 ,it was telling me there is only one mod in the game when i had 6 of them in the mod folder.

 

Can somone tell me how to fix it and whats the issue?
