FML Early Loader Freezes after scanning a specific mod

I'm trying to open up oceanblock on the FTB Launcher and it keeps freezing after scanning chisel and bits, I've tried allocating more RAM and adding -Dfml.earlyprogresswindow=false to the JVM arguments. I have to end task every time it freezes
