forge server no jar file

hello everyone, where can I find the .jar file which starts the server? The host im using requires a .jar file to rename and can't use the bat file, what should I do?

Sorry i missed some important informations, I'm playing the latest forge version 38 0 16, The modpack i uploaded on the server is All the Mods 7 and the minecraft Version is 1.18

How did you get jar file for new versions?
