1.16.4 and 1.16.5 crashes keep happening, Help!

I recently switched to vanilla 1.18 to play on a server and then I switched back to forge 1.16.4 / 1.16.5 (which I have a lot of progress on)

I was then met with a crash and a report. I tried deleting and reinstalling Minecraft as well as forge many times, however, no matter what, it always crashed.

I also tried deleting and reinstalling Java, but nothing happened and the game still crashed.

I also got rid of all of the mods  and resource packs and I was met with the same result.

I feel like I have tried everything and I would appreciate some help.

The report is below
