Eclipse not loading my work after closing?

Alright so i saved everything for my mod and exited eclipse (from the drop down menu) and the next day i loaded ecplise and there was nothing there. im using kepler and im new with the Eclipse ide. oh and im also on windows.

 

Never mind i figured it out noob mistake i had it in the wrong workspace
