Server hangs indefinitely on start

Hello, I'm running a small(ish) server for me and my friends. We're using the modpack Enigmatica 6 - E6 - 1.16.5. Everything has been running fine until the last daily restart, where the server now hangs on startup until it times out. I've even set the tick time to an absurd amount and let it run for hours, but it never budges. It never had much trouble starting in the past. If someone could help make sense of this it would be awesome, thank you!
