1.18.1 - Exception in thread "main"

I've tried multiple different things, but I keep getting this error that stops the server

 

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "net.minecraftforge.forgespi.language.IModFileInfo.moduleName()" because the return value of "net.minecraftforge.forgespi.locating.IModFile.getModFileInfo()" is null

The server did not generate a world file when I ran it, I tried creating a blank world folder, but it didn't help, I got the same issue
