Instant crash after trying to launch forge installer

I have been trying to install forge for my minecraft and it downloads just fine but when i go to launch it the thing start for a second then disappears. I have tried re-downloading java and running it through windows powershell yet none have worked. I am also not having any errors appear when this occurs. I have tried multiple different versions of forge but nothing works.

Never mind I have fixed the issue
