i start the jar file with this first it generated the mods folder and all in my forge server but afterwards it does absolutely nothing

"D:\Program Files\Java8\bin\javaw.exe" java -Xmx4096M -Xms4096M -jar forgeserver.jar nogui
PAUSE

 

and all i get in the cmd console is this:

D:\1.16.5 server>"D:\Program Files\Java8\bin\javaw.exe" java -Xmx4096M -Xms4096M -jar forgeserver.jar nogui

D:\1.16.5 server>PAUSE

nothing happens only that i can press any key to continue making it close

also removing the "D:\Program Files\Java8\bin\javaw.exe"

makes it crash with this error:

i only have java8 installed thats what im confused about even ran the freaking line to make it launch over java 8 and yet nothing happens im confused i have java8 and java8 64 bit version installed nothing else

Run "where java" to find out which Java it is using.

thats what im doing in the first with the location but it does nothing only showing
