i am getting a problem while installing forge-1.17.1-37.1.1-installer-failed to run processor:java.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:sun.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.cerpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target see Log for more detalis and in forge-1.18-38.0.17-failed to run processor:java.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:sun.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.cerpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target see Log for more detalis

Error Code -1073741819 On new PC no matter the mod no mater the version, even normal java minecraft gives the same erro

2 Weeks ago i got a new laptop and installed on it curseforge and normal minecraft and java, and wanted initialy to test how some modpacks would run to then start a new world to play when i had time.
Fresh windows 11 install, i wouldn't think anything could happen but bam error -1073741819, and i can't find any way to remedy this. I reinstalled java, updated drivers, reinstalled minecraft, launchers, even prism launcher, tried eclipse temurium instead of normal java... nothing seems to work

okay so, for reference im using The Obsessed mod, (not sure if it helps, but might as well include it), and it shows the driver issue popup in the logs, so i go through the three solutions, but it still pops up and minecraft doesnt. can i have some help? thanks! :)

Forge 1.20.1 OpenAL 40963 and 40961 in DynamicSoundFilters

I copied the mod from Fabric to Forge, but errors 40963 and 40961 appear, I still don’t know the reason, I tried it in a single world, it doesn’t reproduce, the reason for the error is unknown, sometimes it exists and sometimes it doesn’t. andre111/dynamicsoundfilters: GitHub repository
The ported code to Forge is no different from the original, so you can use the source code for testing. The same error occurred on the Fabric build, mods that were on both builds:

I only know that the error occurs along the following path: MixinSoundSystem call onPlay -> FilterManager call updateSoundInstance
