Add button to a gui but also make it trigger with a key press like the key U

So basically i have been looking around the forums but cant find any recent and simple ways to add a button into a gui with a title like "Chest"

 

If someone could send some code with the dependencies that just creates a simple looking gui button inside an inventory that can be triggered by clicking the "U" key.
